Medicare Pays 100%

For qualified patients, Medicare pays 100% of the costs related to Ultimate Home Health Care services. Patient's must currently meet Medicare's definition of homebound, must require the skilled services of a nurse or therapist, and must have a doctor following their care. Call for details.

Medicaid and private insurance may also pay for our services. Ultimate will also work with private pay contracts.

Many people over the age of 65 have many healthcare issues that require diligent management From diet, to equipment, to medications, to appropriate exercise, it is often more than can be quickly communicated at the doctor's office. Our nurses and therapists can go to the homes of individual patients and provide one-on-one teaching with patients and caregivers. We teach at the pace of the individual who needs the information. We follow-up with additional visits over time to make sure that everything is going well.

When chronic diseases are flaring up or likely to flare up, we send nurses to monitor your health condition and to be on-call for you 24/7.
